LocalTube 2.0

LocalTube downloads videos from Youtube and converts them to a format playable on iPod or iRiver h300.

it now supports video conversion based on the ffmpeg encoder. It produces videos playable on video iPods or iRiver h300 series.

Ipod support:
The program should produce Ipod playable videos from youtube’s FLVs (Xvid 320×240, 768k/s, aac stereo 64 k/s), currently it’s not integrated with iTunes so you have to put your video manually on the player (I actually don’t have any idea how the iPod system works :))) .. I didn’t even touch one in reality, I build this support guided only by specs)

iRiver support:
It works! Tested it every day since I compiled this little puppy :).

LocalTube is open source, the zip file contains the binary and source code.
